With recent climates and unemployment rising over a million for 16-24 yr olds in the UK. Can the web world supply a fraction of that unemployed with an apprenticeship and eventually a full time job?

With web companies turning to Asia and parts of Europe to tackle there web problems. Our youngsters are never receiving that technical training required to tackle such issues. That is the big problem were all facing. Were always trying to pay less for more. some may argue why shouldn’t we. But the problem that we face in the web world is that we loose a lot of time and quality when projects are fired off to offshore companies. When looking at the companies who outsource all the work you can instantly see disgruntled clients. Either with timing, quality or lack of communication.

WEB COMPANIES WAKE UP! outsource is not the way. Your better off hiring someone here and watch the site grow in front of your eyes. I can honestly say the quality will be better, the timing will be faster hence happier clients. You no what happier clients means!

For the web companies that may read this post I would seriously try to adopt the mentality here at Adreamcreation with hiring an apprentice paid unpaid it doesnt matter. Give them the opportunity to blossom and show what there made of.
